- -Manager offered 3 complimentary tickets, sodas, popcorn, and 1 hour of arcade.
We tried to purchase 3 tickets online on the way to the theater. 2 x pending charges of $53.50 were held up in my chashapp account.
It had been 7 days and still $107 was held until the pending charges fell off. I called Evo to see if they could delete on their end. It was not possible. However the manager offered 3 x complimentary tickets, sodas and popcorn, and 1 hour unlimited games in the arcade.
I was very impressed that they extended that generous exchange and apologized. You don't see much of that anymore.

- Wife bought 3 Moana 2 tickets for Delray Beach EVO cinema; confirmation text.
- The theater didn’t show it; staff were rude and demanded new tickets.
Poor Customer Service and no reply to communications.
When we went to the theater, the confirmation did not appear on my phone. I'm not sure if it was a WiFi or some other issue. Nevertheless, I did have the credit card used and proof of the charge to my credit card account. Also, the actual seats reserved.
The theater personnel were obnoxious and embarrassed us and indicated if I wanted to see the movie, I would have to buy 3 new tickets. Of course, I had no choice because my granddaughters were anxious to see the movie.
I've complained but never received a response. This experience is very disappointing.

Purchased tickets online for the Hampton roads location,but after arriving to see my movie I was told the tickets were for a totally different location and that the movie I wanted to see wasnt airing at that location

Hello, on july 21st i ended up not being to use my tickets and 3 hours before showtime i began emailing and calling to get a refund to which i never got an answer. I also tried canceling the tickets on the app but it wasn't working.
Can i please have the refund initiated? Thank you.

Ive still havent been assisted with any help, Im trying to get the tickets that I purchased emailed to my email, or at least a barcode to scan.
Can't get my rewards to transfer to the new app
