Ticket refund

Hello, on july 21st i ended up not being to use my tickets and 3 hours before showtime i began emailing and calling to get a refund to which i never got an answer. I also tried canceling the tickets on the app but it wasn't working. Can i please have the refund initiated? Thank you.

Can't get my rewards to transfer to the new app

Im not a pissed customer. I am a person who needs help my rewards from old app to transfer to new app. And cant seemed to be able to contact technical or customer service What is the secret to get help

You had an updated EVO app. I downloaded the new app. It would not let me sign in keep saying cant find my email address. I have sent 4 different request to get help getting my rewards transferred from old account into the new EVO app and no one will answer my request.
