I ordered a gift of castor oil on October 17th 2023. Nothing has been delivered and Im unable to connect with anyone. Phone numbers dont work, emailing I get no response, Fb sends me to a link thats not valid.

Got caught in the trap.
This US site appears well camouflaged as an Austrian/German European Union site.
So I ordered and paid - only to realise that the goods got trapped at Austrian Customs never to surface again...

Looks like its a joke your company
For over the week Im not getting a bladder support for my dog who is 16 years old and that was desperately needed I tried to call or email nobody answered nobody respond and still dont have a product its really upsetting

I didnt get my order for dog bladder support it says shipped June 6 and its nowhere to be found anymore it doesnt move forward 10 days I wrote two emails nobody answer I tried to call you provided phone numbers it goes to the strange questions here its a joke?
