I ordered two guns from here now I ordered them Monday on Cyber Monday I've only received one gun in one package they told me that and there was supposed to be too in this one package nothing is there except for one gun I paid $408 for this I expect to get everything I asked

Evike is one of the most popular Airsoft companies.
Meaning that they have a lot to deal with in terms of customers.
First of all Emailing them is a huge waste of time, You better not hold your breath if you want that email reply.
Calling them is a bit more effective. While you have to go through robots you'll get there faster than Emailing them. Trust me.
I can't recall a time where something came in broken except once.
It was an Under-barrel grenade launcher but it was not their fault it was the manufacturer. I had to pay for shipping but they gave me a refund and I got some goodies out of it. So I didn't leave empty handed. Now I've heard some insane horror stories from Evike. So I must be the lucky one.

Take my money and run
First off i paid for overnight air $110 and got my gun 4 day's later. When i used my gun for the first time the drop on the bb flight was about 8 inches @ around 80 ft.
I tried to adjust the hop up only to find out it was 1 click form max setting. Sent e-mail to costumer service only to be ignored.
A $1300 gun purchase that may as well be a paperweight. I do not recommend big item purchases with this company.

Long wait times for customer service. They sent us a gun that we did not order.
We tried to call and stop the order. After a long wait, they told us to let the order go through and they would take care of it.
Now, they are telling us we are responsible for the shipping charges of the item - $40. We will never use Evike again.

Sold me a echo1 redstar wolverine jp60 used rifle, instead of new which lasted 5 min in game and stopped any activities I assume for ever . Waited 1 week just to get RMA numbr and shipping label.
2nd order-, grenade launcher for riffle, arrived used, part of order was detective. 2 times I ordered from them, 2 times I had issues like USED stuff instead if new. And they not going to return your money 100%.
Probably evike will issue you a store credit , which at the end will be 30% less amount of your invested money due to restocking fees. Be advise and safe Evike.com is not the only provider of airsoft products who exept PayPal Credit

Placed an order 11/29/13 and have received nothing but excuses as to why it hasn't arrived. The most common one is that it's tied up in Customs but that's a lie.
My cousin who works for Customs did a search and they have never received a shipment from WE. Today, after seven months we purchased from Airsoft GI in Walnut. Bought a better gun, got free magazine goggles, gas and 14% discount.
If I had waited until Thursday it would have been 20%.
Don't do business with EVIKE!!!!!!! They are dishonest and take your money and you get "NOTHING"!
Worst customer service I've ever had
Placed an (international) order on the 12th of February and paid in full with paypal. Evike.com refused the payment, refunded me and asked for a bank wire (no explanation given). After wiring the money, I've received 0 feedback.
During the month I've been waiting now, I've sent 5 mails asking why they didn't accept paypal (to which I never received any response) and why I am still paying the same price for a service (paypal/credit card insurance) I'm not getting.
Apart from the additional fees I had to pay for the currency change and to complete the bank transaction, the worst part is not geeting any feedback.
If you're from Europe and doubting whether to order from Asia or America, choose Asia.
Cant get part i need and its been a month
Evike.com is an airsoft distributor with terrible customer service. I purchased gun and a part that is clipped to the receiver fell out.
on the website it claims to have 100% parts support for this specific product so i emailed them saying i need one. its been a month of back and forth emails and now for the past week they just said we will email you if we can get the part. the company usually does good and I am satisfied with there products but this is riculous.
i cant use my gun until I get the part! sincerely, angry customer.
