My question was what are you putting in your water to cause the water to solidify at boiling? Solids were floating around the pot after boiling the water.

That tells me this isn't the first time this question has come up, and you're not being open with your answer? It's clearly not hard water conditions because hard water stains does not float and salt wont solidify until the water evaporates.

Apparently Evian water cant be used for boiling to make tea or soup. I have owned several restaurants and have been head cooks in others.
I have never come across solids floating in my water when heated. It was not hard water, lime or scale!
