Unhappy with a custom initial necklace made & sterling silver tarnishing
Do not ever purchase anything from Eve's Addiction. I believe they may have sold to Mill Rock East.
I also sent an email to their customer service which was ignored. These two places are bad news and not responsible to do business with. So very disappointed.
They do not stand behind their product and ignore a customer when there is an issue. Terrible companies!
Tried to call Customer service and number disconnected. Guess Eves Addiction was sold? I am totally unhappy with not only the product but the customer service. I had one made about 9 years ago by Monogram Online and loved it, never a scratch or mark on it, but unfortunately I lost it that is why I made this Eves Addiction purchase.
I thought it would last me at least 1/2 the time or more than my original one I purchased.
Not happening. Not a happy camper!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They replaced my damaged bracelet,
Replacement given without a problem. Customer service girl was very helpful and willing to satisfy me. I've dealt with Eve's Addiction on two other occasions and they were very customer friendly.

My friend did receive her bracelet but there was no note with the pea pod friend poem with it.I never received one email about the order, shipping or delivery so I was very I uncomfortable with my order and disappointed in that aspect.
