Placed my order for a product in Lime with custom artwork. Via email they sent a visual of the custom artwork which I replied in the email was approved.

What I didn't know is that the attached pdf was also confirming the color choice of the product in white (completely different from the artwork), it didn't match what I had placed online. They accepted my approval via email and never told me I could approve via their website through my login and I don't recall that being shown at the end of placing my order. I also wasn't aware by them accepting my approval via email this would null my order status online. I had to follow up several times for tracking and I had to follow up 3-4 times for a solution to this error.

I am a first time customer, before placing the order they said I would get 10% off for placing online which I would imagine is standard for new customers, per their note on my order "Account creation" discount. Once I emailed them after my order arrived explaining the wrong color, they pointed me back to my approval via email and the color being noted on the pdf of the artwork. This is when I realized, I could have caught their mistake, but root cause, it's THEIR mistake. There was NEVER any mention of the color of the product or the difference of the color in any written conversation.

Only the artwork was discussed. Therefore, I wasn't aware I was approving basic color of the product versus what I ordered on their website. Bottom line, their pdf acknowledgement was wrong versus what I ordered.

Now they're blaming me and only offering a discount on my next order. I was initially thinking of using them again for our company events, but after their lack of ownership I don't feel they care for my loyalty to them nor do I feel assured they won't make that mistake again.
