Have not gotten my refund back
I was told that the purchase had been voided, and that my refund would have been given back to me by January 3rd. The order was purchased on December 25th. I have also been constantly emailing customer service and the information I was given was the same information that I just said.

So, I went to order one of your carts. It's saying it's ordered on my tracking numbers, and on my emails, it says it's been canceled and voided.
I never canceled or voided anything. I would love to either have it shipped to me, get my money back, or receive stuff for free.
