6/9/2022 I have been asked if "Everything Kitchens" has tried to reach me as a result of my negative review. The anwer in NO. Frankly, I would be open to resolving this situation if only they would explain their actions, but I'm not surprised that they haven't tried.

After reading a positive review, I ordered a bread knife from EverythinKitchens.com. The order was completed online, and I received confirmation that the transaction was properly completed and a receipt stating so.

But I never received the product. Nor did I receive any email notification that there was any problem. More than a month later, I contacted customer service by email and received the following reply: "Your order was held for further review and upon review it was deemed too high risk to process and has been canceled. If you have any questions regarding this action, you can call me at ..." Since my order was placed while I was outside the United States, I figured that has something to do with the problem, since a store that sells kitchen knives should not have a problem shipping them.

So I called the customer service representative as requested and left a message. No response. So I called again and left another message, still no response. Finally, I tried a third time and still no response.

Because I was never notified of the problem and because I have not been contacted despite my efforts at resolving this problem, I can only conclude that "EverythingKitchens" operates ineptly and that its customer service is incompetent. I would recommend not doing business with them.
