Everything Gutter

I now have debris that sits on top of the gutter guard, and now I have water that just runs across the debris and right into my basement, never had this before. Do not buy this product does not work

This company is impossible to get in touch. I have been calling for 3 days straight.

They use a contracted call center, so it is impossible to get in touch with anyone who can do anything to resolve the problem. They have been chronically double-billing us. The last time we did it, we called to cancel the service but no one from the company ever called us back. We hoped that they had just taken the actions necessary to cancel, until they showed up and cleaned our gutters without notice and while we were not home last week.

Again, they double billed us despite the fact that we didn't even want the service. This company is intentionally set up to make it impossible to cancel services so that they can keep abusing customers.

I was very reluctant to deal with an “unknown” contractor. They were so knowledgeable on the phone, personable, & helpful that they relieved my anxiety.

Then they accommodated my time table, performed miracles on my problem, having it diagnosed & repaired within days of my call. And was even very patient & caring with my 86 year old Mother. You know what? It just does not obtain any better than this.

Posting an update it is now five years later and the gutters still look like they were just installed, working perfectly!

Thete were on time and very reasonable.

Replacement gutters installed April 2015. When the first rain came three weeks later it ran behind the beautiful new gutters.

I called the owner and was told the gutters were full of debris and needed cleaning. So after no contact was made I called the owner again

He said he would come to see what was wrong.

Until then I have buckets out to catch the rain that pores and drips behind 21 feet

of new gutter..and had to install an awning at the second floor level to keep the rain from pouring down one of the windows. I am a senior citizen and I will be writing a letter to the Attorney General

I had some issues with Everything Gutter I had left a review you will see it posted here. After speaking with everything gutter I have to say I should have called them first.

I was upset so I left a negative review. Once I called them explained the problem they were out the next day and resolved the issue. Lesson learned, next time I will call first. I tried to remove the negative review I left here and was not able to so I am leaving this review.

I have now contracted everything gutter on a spring / fall gutter cleaning service and yes I recommend this company their customer service was really good. I hope this makes up for the negative review I left, I feel bad:(

some of the reviews you see on home advisers these are not fake reviews they are real, Make sure he is a license contractor too.

World's worst company. Don't hire them. Told me they would do the two things I needed done on my downspout and gutter and they went back twice and still never did it right. They claim they do it right the first time! No way. They also say payment is due upon completion of the job. They never completed the job, so they should not expect to get paid.

They left my property a mess and did not return to clean it up. I will not be paying them for this service since now I have to pay someone to clean up the mess. The property should be left in the same condition it was in before the gutters were cleaned. I will also be telling everyone in Somerset Lake of my experience.

I WAITED A DAY TO VACUUM MY LIGHT GRAY RUGS, SO THE WET DIRT WOULD NOT STAIN THEM, BUT IT DID NOT COME OFF. I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING AND SENT THEM TO THE COMPANY. THEY DID NOT REPLY TO MY CONCERNS, I HAD TO CALL THEM. THERE REPLY WAS THAT DIRT WAS JUST PART OF THE JOB. THEY WOULD MENTION SOMETHING TO THE WORKERS ABOUT WIPING THEIR SHOES OFF WHEN THEY WALKED THOUGH SOMEONES HOME.

This company Everything Gutter is one of these contractors that gives all contractors a bad name working without a license, they do work in Maryland without a home improvement License and they don't pay local state and Federal taxes because they don't claim it, If you had work done bye this company you are in-titled to get your money back what you should do is contact the MD. Attorney General and home improvement commission and file a complaint. or you can file your complaint online, You also can check your self bye going to the Maryland home improvement commission and look it up your self.

This guy does not care about your property I had *** all over my siding. didnt clean up the mess on the ground.

Clean out the gutter and left it all on the ground I ask them to seal my gutters I had one corner leaking and it still leaks. This is not a qualified gutter guy surely not as good as he thinks he is .

Cant find his delaware Home improvement lisence either
