Everyones Energy UK

I am absolutely disgusted by the way this company Everyone Energy UK treated my elderly parents. They were pressured into buying solar panels they didnt need through aggressive sales tactics and misleading promises.

The salesperson made it sound like an incredible deal, claiming the system would pay for itself quickly and drastically reduce their energy bills. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth.

Once the panels were installed, it became clear that the work was rushed and poorly done. The system was not properly connected, and they started experiencing issues almost immediately. When we tried to contact Everyone Energy UK for support, they either ignored our calls or gave vague excuses about why they couldnt help.

My parents were left with a system that barely functions and a massive bill for something that isnt delivering on any of the promises that were made.

Whats most upsetting is that Everyone Energy UK clearly took advantage of my parents age and lack of technical knowledge. They were pushed into signing paperwork without being given the chance to properly understand what they were agreeing to. The whole process felt deceptive, and now they are stuck with an expensive, ineffective system that will take decades to pay offif it ever does.

I strongly urge anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious. If they could do this to vulnerable elderly people, they could do it to anyone.

Avoid them at all costs, and if you have elderly family members, warn them about predatory solar sales tactics like this. No one deserves to be treated this way.
