Everyday Health And Wellness
Hacked My Contact Email List
This company Everyday Health & Wellness hacked my email account and got all of my contacts emails. Now everyday they are sending out emails to all of my friends with the link to look at their ads about Rachel Ray losing weight and Dr.
Oz promoting some chemical. Does anyone have a contact phone number for these guys?
I want to get hold of them and put a stop to this. All of my friends are getting really upset because they are using my email address to send this online article.
Spam email from my deceased mother
This morning I got an email from my mother who passed away from cancer last year that linked to Everyday Health And Wellness. I cannot stress enough how disgusted I am by this company.
I've spent the last hour trying to find a contact number for the company so I could tell them in person how much they've upset myself and my family with this distasteful advertising practice.
Sadly I was unable to track them down, but I hope leaving this here somehow makes it back to them. Truly despicable.

Preferred solution: Perhaps vet the companies that send out spam email in your name.
Safflower Oil Supplements Scam
The same type of email was sent to me by a vendor selling safflower oil for weight loss. The email came as if from my sister, highly recommending me to purchase this product. The link was to this wellness magazine. I foolishly ordered the product. Within a few minutes I found out that my sister had not sent me an email recommending the product. My bank had authorized the transaction already, so I tried to call the vendor.
Locating the vendor on the site advertising the product was almost impossible. I only found it after signing in again as a prospective customer and going to the Terms and Conditions page.
I just got off the phone with their customer service department. When the product comes, I will have to send it back. My refund will be deducted $5.00 and all future shipments will be canceled. (I didn't know that I had signed up for future shipments!)
This is a scam! The same product, BTW, can be found much more inexpensively on Amazon.
This company is invading my privacy!
Somehow this company gained access to my email address and uses it to send unsolicited advertising for their useless product. THIS MUST STOP!!!
The emails are sent to my friends and business acquaintances, with out my knowledge. I do not use this product, I have no idea how they obtained my email, and no idea why they are allowed to do this. How can we stop this invasion of privacy and how would you be able to contact the Company directly to put a stop to this?
I have no idea how this happens and I have change my email password several times in the last 3 months! Help!!!!!

IN THE SIMPLEST OF TERMS; THE CONTINUANCE OF
UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES WITHIN OUR MARKETPLACE IS TRULY SADDENING. TODAY, I
RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING IT WAS FROM A CLOSE FRIEND. WHEN I CALLED HER, SHE INDICATED THAT SHE HAD ABSOLUTELY NOT SENT THE LINK FROM HER EMAIL TO ME. THE MAGAZINE
CALLED "EVERYDAY HEALTH & WELLNESS" WHICH
USED "DOCTOR OZ" AS A REFERENCE (BTW),IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS VERY DISHONEST PRACTICE.
AS A RESULT, I (FOR ONE) AN INDIVIDUAL WHO
DOES SEEK OUT ALTERNATIVE/PREVENTATIVE MEASURES & METHODS WILL NEVER VIEW ANYTHING
FROM THEIR SITE. IN ADDITION, MY PARTNER WHO IS IN THE PREVENTATIVE HEALTH INDUSTRY WILL
ALSO SPREAD THE WORD AS TO THE LYING, MANIPULATIVE ACTIONS OF DR. OZ & THE SITE HE REPRESENTS.WHO, INDEED CAN WE TRUST THESE DAYS?

I have had the same experience. They CLA will put you into a auto ship and send you another product that you did not order.
They then will charge you $5.00 to return the 44.00 product. Hard to find on the internet and run from this company.
They offered me a 25% discount (of the $44.00) to keep the product.
I said i did not order it and upon thinking about it - the product shipped to me was never authorized by me. I should get a full refund.
This happened to my mother and I need to find this company's contact information as my mother is unable to find and forward the info to me. Can someone please put this contact info out there? I need to cancel her order and get a refund.
