I have had your Evertone LED mask for years and absolutely love it. I am in need of a new cord though.
The black cord is no longer working and is worn out and old ( is my guess)

There face mask hurts the forehead. Also leaves marks.
Get a working number and email. I have used this mask only twice.
Both times, I had marks on my forehead. It hurts.
I used it with the prongs and without them. It still hurts!

Some sale on T-Shirts? Shut it down I don’t get pissed just walk and get my money back.
Because they owed me money back for a product I never received and I tried again my recent purchase was a gift it was missing the serum and bag? Cannot get anyone and I was put on a payment plan with after pay when I tried to pay in full. Too bad nice alternative to nuface.
Get back to me and provide a valid number that is not busy. I have emailed and tried to call.
I was put in after pay, with no response. The first product ordered was great; the second never came, and I was put in collections (never refunded).
I ordered again for a gift, and only part of the items were received. It's too difficult to get a hold of someone.

I emailed them twice with no response and also tried to call, but the number is always busy.
I contacted them because I bought a LED face mask with the protection plan and the AC/DC adapter started working intermittently. It needs to be replaced!

Tried to call Evertone at the phone number given, 1 88*-***-**** but could not connect with anyone at Evertone, only a PSA for Medicare was on the other end of the line.
I have questions for someone at Evertone about the use of the 3 devices I purchased from Evertone my questions are not addressed in the printed booklet included with the device nor on the Evertone online video. I would like a call about my inquiry and a real phone number for Evertones customer service!

Extremely poor customer service in terms of accessibility/ reachability. I tried so hard to call email and what not.. nothing worked out ..no one calls back , no one responds to emails …and this pissed consumer site keeps on asking for feedback , but does nothing for you !!
