Missing Character
I didn't even get to talk to anybody even though I called two times. Maybe they're called pissed consumer because nobody ever gets their calls answered

No answer when I called I just kept ringing. I didnt get no answers and Id really like to try to recover my account, but I dont know how to do it.

I was told a it was a vid card. before i went out and brought one i talked my friend who running EQ and got his computer 4 month ago and he said hes having the same issued.
Not be able to get to full screen also, even when he tries the button in option. It would help me to speak to someone on the phone but it seems that option is not available.A week before i sent the claim every thing was working fine.
Is there a number to call, or can I give my number? I'm still having the same issue, and so far, it seems I'm not getting help with this.
Can we please find a way to work this out? Plus, I have other issues that I need help with.

I lost my spells
- - I purchased the EQ2 expansion and grandmaster illusionist spells.
- - Unpacking closed the spell box and now I can't see the spells; please help.
I just bought eq2 expansion and with I got all my grandmaster illusionist spells so when I was unpacking them at the time I had a lot of boxes on my screen so as I was closing them I accidentally closed my spell box and now I don't see them can you please help me get them back

I haven't been on sence hurricane Katrina I remember my password and I think the name was drewtes_1967 password was brebre I have a 105 sham and a 103 or 4 Rouge and a dwarf pally named drewtes my Sham was max skill in trade I been away to long please help
