Two months after purchasing a new home from them we are still struggling with warranty repair on dirty and damaged flooring.

AI Highlights
  • - Animal prints and a raised lump on vinyl flooring at move-in; repairs failed and weeks of notes and calls did not resolve it.

Animal prints on the vinyl flooring when we moved in plus one raised lump in the flooring. The flooring representatives tried to repair it but were unable.

Eight or more weeks of notes and phone calls plus requests on the owner's portal do not work. The resulting stress just keeps on adding up.

Pros:
  • Affordable
Cons:
  • Building too fast to keep up with problems

Preferred solution: Repairs accomplished

User's recommendation: Never sign the final closing documents until problems are ironed out.
