your company does not have a system . you don't even can search for a document . I faxed document to Saxon company on march 9 ,2009 after 41 days , they said that they don't have it in the file. this company is sucks unorganised , unpolite, rude, uneducated, learned to say call back in 72 hours, all they know " it takes 10 - 15 days to verify your information" , they know another sentence which is " we are very busy and we are doing our best" I don't know if they were not doing their best what would happen? because right now after a month they are not able to see it over the computer, I think on regular base we have to wait a year to get answer
