Don't go there!!!

I called and spoke with the sales manager thurs night, I told him my check engine light was on and my car would occasionally shake like it was going to shut down, he said he would try to get in and that he would call me in the morning, he never called. I called back the next day and said I'd probably need a new emgine and my car would sit for days because they are so backed up and told my to wait for his call back, first of all!

How do get the conclusion my car needs a new engine just because I tell you the check engine light is on, second my car is under warrenty they cannont deny my car!

I waited the check emgine light then came on a few days later long enough for me to take it to auto zone, turns out its a misfired ignition coil that needs to be replaced, and I have a recall for that, I call them and tell them about it and they proceed to tell me to find another dealership to help me , they can't help me they're too busy, talk about horrible customer service! If i was going to be a paying customer they would of welcomed me with open arms, but since my service was free they didn't want to be bothered with, I will never go to evergreen kia , and everyone I've spoked with has said they've heard the same negative things about them, they should not even be in service

Called Evergreen Kia for a part. Spoke to Eric in part department.

He was the most rude person i ever dealt with. Tried to talk to his supervisor John and that guy was as rude as Eric.

Thankfully, i phoned another Kia dealership and they were the best. Ill never deal with this 1 again!

They Sell Lemons : Trust No One

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a car from them in June of 2018 and it is now Dec 2018 and my car currently sitting in the shop. The car has been their for the either month of Nov and this will be my 3rd time taking the car back to them for repairs. I later find out there is a recall on my car.

I was told that I was able to receive a loner however, they was unable to give me one at this time because they have to pay there enterprise bill. Then I was told that they did pay the bill by they was waiting to hear back from enterprise. So I have been with a car for 2months now.

I was told that I would be able to speak to the owner in regards to this situation with the lemon that they sold me by one of the managers. Then when I arrived to speak to owner I was told that the owner doesn’t speak to regular customers.

I have called the service department multiple times about obtaining the print out of everything done to the car. I was first told that they needed to go to other warehouse to get that information. When I called again and asked for the information I was told that I can come up there and pick it up but when I got there I was told that their computer system was down. Really !

After complaining about this to a manger one of the service men slip up and say I don’t have a loner car because they have too many out. They have been lying to me during this whole process. I would never recommend anyone to this company. I am currently paying a car note for a car that is not drivable and it was brought in June.

This is not even have of my experience. THEY SALE LEMONS save your money and goes elsewhere. God Speed in your job search.

I found out the hard way the workers there care less about the consumer. Deal with Kia in Orland.

Bad experience at Dealership

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We had a bad experience at Kia in Evergreen. My wife was looking at vehichle.

When asked about cosigner I said it was possible, but first see what happens with her. He assured me they would look at score but would no send to loan companies without my permmission. I left dealership because of the time and next day I got alerts they had sent info to loan co.

I went on Monday to talk to manager Kiko and he dissrd me and sent salesman pretending to be manager. My name is Roy Bailey and my number is 773474**** please call.

Free Oil Change

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

When I purchased my Kia from Evergreen Kia I was told that oil changes are free for life with my purchase. This is company policy.

When I received my customer satisfaction survey I gave them an average (5) rating across the board with the exception of my sales rep. who I gave a below average rating. I gave the below average rate cause I had negotiated the deal before coming in to the dealership. When I was there she tried to up the cost.

I was leasing and paying the whole lease up front. This is why she received a below average rating. Well when I went in for my first free oil change the service manager pulled me aside and informed me that "From the higher ups I would have to pay $44.99 for my oil change. So for me giving an honest opinion of the service I was given when purchasing my vehicle I was singled out and denied what is given to all.

I am wondering if I have a case for discrimination against this company seeing that their policy is to provide free oil changes and I was denied. I would like to hear from anyone who has any input on my situation from a legal position?

If you had any dealings with Eric in parts, that could be why you had problems. He is very rude and a bit hyper, almost to the point of being violent.

No one will answer or call back. Evergreen Kia give Kia a bad name
