No communication. Had to call, email and text multiple times to get a response. Cant call directly, all calls go to call center. Waited 4 months for work to begin. Told me they were working on a 2 million dollar home and would notify me when they would get to me. Put rolled roof on backwards. Had leaks in 2 parts of roof. Put final mod bit roof on before dry-in inspection. I had to call city for inspector to come out. Failed inspection. Fired them and they put a lien on the house and forced us to pay for the terrible job and refused to negotiate for the leak damage done.
