Crew did not have skills to install Metal roof. Production manager did not care enough to even supply the the correct installation manual or figure out how much product was needed to complete job.
Very poor communication.
Overall every step of installation was riddled with one mistake after another. I have no idea how the inspector passed the final when he had wrote the several items that failed on previous inspection but never checked them or stated that they had been fixed

- - Waited 4 months to start; roof backwards; leaks; failed inspection; lien and payment demanded.
No communication. Had to call, email and text multiple times to get a response.
Cant call directly, all calls go to call center. Waited 4 months for work to begin. Told me they were working on a 2 million dollar home and would notify me when they would get to me. Put rolled roof on backwards.
Had leaks in 2 parts of roof. Put final mod bit roof on before dry-in inspection. I had to call city for inspector to come out. Failed inspection.
Fired them and they put a lien on the house and forced us to pay for the terrible job and refused to negotiate for the leak damage done.
