A negative credit experience still shows on my credit report, way past the legal time limit, totally blemishing current credit. The 7 year period of legal reporting has long since passed and they are required by law to cease reporting, under Fair Credit Reporting Act and therefore, they are out of compliance.

A legal filing complaint is the next step and a suit. These shall follow immediately unless they comply.

This is 10+ years old, which makes this entry of theirs completely illegal under the Fair Credit Report statutes and I am requiring that this entry be immediately retracted simply for it's illegal presence. This was a negative entry and I have paid the legal time requirements that render this completely illegal on their part.

Just as a number of other reviews have stated, I also found a fradulent collection charge on my credit report. I never applied for a cash advance with this company.

After looking over their website I have not be able to find a way to contact them. This is a completely fake charge.

Similar to a number of other reviews recently posted here, I also reviewed my credit report today, January 28, 2018, and found that one of the credit bureaus shows a past-due collection from this company in the amount of $886 for a payday loan taken in December of 2017. I did not obtain a payday loan from Everest Cash Advance in December of 2017, have never received any such payday loan from Everest Cash Advance, nor have I ever received any correspondence from this company.

I request for an immediate removal of this fraudulent information from my credit report. This false claim is negatively impacting my credit score and has harmed me greatly. Reason for review: I DID NOT RECEIVE A PAYDAY LOAN FROM EVEREST CASH ADVANCE IN DECEMBER 2017, HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH EVEREST CASH ADVANCE, NOR EVER RECEIVED ANY CORESPONDENCE FROM THEM.

Amount of Fraudulent Claim: $886. Preferred solution: REMOVE THIS FRAUDULENT CHARGE FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AT ONCE.

I looked on my credit report today January 14, 2018 and to my extremely stressed out surprise I found a report to my credit bureau shows a collection from this company saying I had a payday loan from them in December of 2017. I have never received any such payday loan from any company let alone from this one and nor did I ever get any contact from this company.

I request for an immediate removal from my credit report and to contact me immediately or give me that loan that you say you gave me and remove from my credit report at once...contact me through my email and I will immediately contact you back please leave a phone number for me to contact you I expect to hear back from you by tomorrow January 15, 2018. You are affecting my credit report at a time when I am trying to make a major purchase and this has harmed me greatly and IF I DO NOT GET THIS REMOVED BY TOMORROW I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH FRAUD CHARGES WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ALONG WITH REPORTING YOUR COMPANY AND FILING OTHER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU AND I WILL BE DOING THIS TOMORROW BY 12 NOON PST.
