BEWARE: Do Not Trust Everest Ice And Water
Im writing this to warn others before making a costly mistake. Everest Ice And Water, located at 385 Douglas Ave, Suite 2150, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in any industry.
After spending over $60,000 with them, they made it painfully clear that once they have your money, they simply do not care.
They boast about excellent support and service to win your business, but the moment you need help, they vanish or worse lie and gaslight you to cover up how unprofessional and rude they are. One of their worst technicians, Uriel Cruz, exemplifies this attitude with his dismissiveness and lack of accountability.
When I called them out on their behavior, the excuses started flying. This company is all smoke and mirrors empty promises upfront and zero follow-through after the sale.
Save yourself the stress. Everest Ice And Water is not worth your trust or investment.

with process of elimination, I am sure you can figure out who I am, as soon as an executive in your company calls and apologizes for all the lies and bad service we received, we will be able to resolve our issues and I will remove this post. HOWEVER if you are reading this post it means an executive never called me and they probably will not call you!
