I felt very pressured by the salesperson to get me to sign. Salesperson came in and said he was in a hurry because they had another appointment to get to after they left her.

Wish I had waited and did more research on the company. So far, I feel the crew who was at my home did a very good job. Just had the work done during the cold weather and snow covered ground.

Now we will see what happens in the future. The salesperson did not explain a lot of things that the foreman told us after that job was completed.

Bought house with Everydry Multistep system that was installed 8/2011. Basement started leaking.

Called them, said they couldn't be out for 4 weeks. Came out, dug *** and laid in the yard playing with my dog. Sprayed hose on roof for 15 mins. Filled hole in saying it wasn't leaking.

It leaked again. They came back and said the system was fine that it was the water that was the problem (really!!). Added 10ft downspout extensions stretching comically far into yard. Leaked again and they decided that the wall was "shot" and that the system was fine.

Said I needed to replace wall and that was not covered. Had another contractor out. In five minutes they gave me 2 possible causes and 3 solutions. Broke open the floor to find tiles were not connected to one another and water had to run uphill to get into system.

They left the end of the tiles open so they filled with mud when water had no where to go. There was no where for the water to go but through the walls and floor. FYI: The contractor also inspected foundation wall and found it to be in fine shape. Workers were not surprised that system failed- said they spend lots of time fixing them.

New contractor put in solution and did so in clean, professional and thorough manner.

James Scuka is at it again. Failure to do quality work, jousting customers for more money than what was quoted and doing a just plain terrible job.

James has more excuses for not showing up to do the quoted work than Carter has little liver pills. Wish I would have known he had a criminal record before recommending him to one of my friends to do work for him. Not to mention that he has civil law suits for taking money for work he never intended to do. Buyer be ware...

They really make u feel that ur house is full of mold an scare u into this ***. I have a young child an fell for this.

then ur lifetime guarantee will cost u 60 more a yr. which must be in some fine print they don't tell you. All they did was cover up the problem so u don't see it. They will not stop trying to make this sale, so don't let them in unless ur basement is under water.

They are very good at making u think this is a great system an tricky with their selection of wording. They are salesman trying to make their commission so tell them your not interested an go buy a new car or something that u really need.

Called for a free inspection then made sure to clear my schedule and took time off work when they said they would come. They never showed up, called them and they told me the service rep got held up.

A little annoying when I took off work. Then the day before they are supposed to come for the rescheduled time they tell me they can't come unless my fiance is going to be there who doesn't even own the home or live there.

So now I am back to square one searching for another company because our schedule doesn't work that we could be there at the same time without taking off work and I am not taking off work only to have them cancel again. To be honest I don't want to do any business with a company that makes things this much of a hassle before they even step foot in the door.

Jose B and his crew at Everdry in Toledo were efficient and fast! They made sure to be as unobtrusive as possible and worked very hard and diligently the whole time they were here.

When problems or questions came up they were sure to communicate with me so I felt I was involved in the important decision making. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at how fast the job was and how clean everything was after they finished. It was like they were never even here. Thank You Toledo EverDry for your outstanding work!

I have to say I have the ability, as an old carpenter and construction worker, to know when a job is well done. Not that I am an expert is this type of home repair; but I know enough to realize when I am dealing with experts, and the men of the Toledo EverDry company are indeed professionals.

From the office staff down to each man on the crew, everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. There were no short cuts taken; if anything the crew would go beyond their commitment to make sure everything was taken care of and done properly.

Our overall experience with Toledo EverDry has been very positive from Darrell, who initially handled the sales call, to Jose and his crew handling the hard and dirty work. Jose started each day explaining what they would do that day and asking if I had any questions or concerns. He ended the day in much the same way, explaining what they had accomplished and asking if I had questions. In between, he and his crew worked hard while consistently aware of minimizing impact on the rest of our home and life. Spring rains will be the true test of the job, but right now I feel confident that they've done a good job in a timely and efficient manner.
