They charged my mom over 20,000 to make her basement dry and it still leaks and floods out ,very pushy and fast talking to make a woman who thinks everyome is nice feel like she had to sign

- - They delayed twice for an inspection and did not call to update.
- - I canceled and will take my business elsewhere due to lateness.
In April Everdry came to my door offering free a inspection and because I have water issues in my basement I made an appointment for the following week. After waiting for an hour I got a call saying they were running late so we scheduled for the following week.
After waiting for an hour AGAIN I CALLED and was told they were running late again and would I like to reschedule. At that point I said no that I would take my business elsewhere because if you can't show up or even call when you are running late for an inspection how can I trust you will show up to get the job done.
My time is valuable and was very upset you wasted it. I hope they start paying attention and make some changes.
Consider yourself lucky that they didn't show.

Hi Matthew,This is not my complaint but I see you responded -I posted my own complaint yesterday 2/21/18 - but if you have a relative named Mike Flynn with Everdry in Michigan- he is the one that handled our situation & he handled it horribly- I have had my basement flood several times & water keeps coming from under the floor & through the walls & has never been fixed. How is that waterproofing????
Please help in anyway you can or honestly I will have to pursue another way legally. Any Suggestions on how your company can make this better???
