Our basement no longer has a water problem, but the quality of work from the crew left much to be desired. There was cement caked on almost everything in our basement, including the walls - in the shape of hand prints.

Clean up was almost non-existent.

When they cemented the trench around the basement perimeter, they didn't smooth it down, or make any attempt to make it level. As a result, all items placed against the walls needed to have padding put on the front two legs so it wouldn't wobble. What a pain!

It cost us extra money and a LOT of time and energy to clean up after them. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't do what they told us they would do...

they didn't dig down to the base of the foundation cracks.

They just dug down 18 inches and then put barrier paneling up on the interior walls. I really, really wish we had gone with another company.

I chose them to deal with water leaking into basement. Very high pressure salesperson,

I decided not to go with EverDry after I signed the high pressure contract. (2 days beyond the waiting period) and they charged me $3200 to get out of the contract.

The salesperson was very high pressure and used scare tactics to push the sale. They said they already cut the material so they couldn't reuse it. I do not believe that they cut the material that fast but they had my signature on the contract so I couldn't fight it. They may do good work but the price was almost 30,000 dollars, marked down to $23000 if I signed right then.

Make sure you get several quotes before signing with them and don't be pressured to decide on the spot. I also feel that they recommended much more work than was required to fix my problem.

In July 2017 we had Everdry more like NEVERDRY waterproof in & outside our basement which was over $18,000 we thought it was to high but they reassured no water will ever be in the basement ever again - within 2 weeks water was coming through the walls & through the floor- called & left several messages -Mike Flynn (Flint) (manager) had complete attitude & told us to read our manual & said that was normal he is the most rudest person. I sent several emails & additional phone calls & they would send guys out that smelled like *** & said we will let Mike know- again never fixed- I called the loan company that we actually used from Everdry & said I would not continue payment until this issue was fixed- Mike called after that singing a different song- they came a dug up outside where the water was coming in & left a huge mess- a few weeks later more water -unfortunately we paid the load off & I must have been on the phone & emailing & getting no response- until this day there is water coming in from our walls & floor & we basically got sick of dealing with them & the other day they want us to pay 75$ to keep the guaranteed waterproof active - which is a yearly charge- I will not pay since they stole $18,000 from us & I still have water as of yesterday in my basement- they are a bunch of crooks & should be closed down!!!!

They done a very tacky job! They really got over on me.

If the boss could see the job his staff did! It sucks because I have to look at it every day and it still a couple years later is crazy!

Sure my basement doesn’t have water but the cement they put down is tacky looking and literally sweeps up! They rushed and did a ghetto rigged up job for 15,000.00.

I had a complete waterproofing system installed. I wasn't treated with respect nor was my home.

They left buckets full of dried concrete in my yard, long pieces of pvc pipe in my driveway, filthy rags and drink cups in my basement. The dirt and filth they left behind was unbelievable. My washer doesn't work now and they cut out sections of shelves in a cabinet so they could stand.

They also damaged the ceiling in the finished part of my basement. I paid 14K for this!?

This operation is a criminal operation. They lie all throughout the service and when they are confronted they use fear and intimidation to extort payment .

They stole $28,000.00 off of me . This was in Dec 15 ,2015 .

Scam job

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I paid a lot of money to have a complete waterproofing job done inside and outside. Seems because the way the house is situated, I did not have a complete job.

They destroyed the landscape and put in plastic window wells on top of the old rusting out metal window wells and then covered the area so it looked like it was all new. I can see the "job" from my basement windows! They said anytime I remove the very expensive sidewalks and front porch they will come back and lay more "piping." I just want the money they stole from me. They left a mess in the basement.

Their plastic sheeting to cover things is a joke because when the take the sheeting down, they leave the dust behind on everything.

A scam job. Do not use them.
