Pissed off neighbor
HORRIBLE company! Hire them if you want to *** off your neighbors and end up getting sued for damages bc Everdry thinks it’s acceptable to drain someone’s sump pump directly to a neighbors home!
I am not the customer, I am the neighbor of a person that used them and I am now being affected by their unprofessional, disrespectful, careless work! Today is day ELEVEN of a constant flow of water from my neighbors home across the street directly down my driveway to my home. While Everdry continues to supposedly work on a resolution they feel its perfectly acceptable to leave things the way they are and continue to pump my neighbors water to my home, now creating problems for me, potentially ending in me suing my neighbor for all of the damages. Myself and the neighbor have called them several times just to be brushed off and given the “we are working on it” line and still to this day nothing has been done to even temporarily alleviate the water from coming to my home.
I am disgusted by this company and cannot even believe a “professional” company would do this to a customer let alone their neighbor!
I have plenty of photos and video as proof. And if I didn’t work full time+ and if I had hella money I would have started the process to sue this horrendous company 11 days ago.
Cancelled inspection. Basement still flooded.
They cancelled my free inspection for a partially flooded basement due to my absence. My wife who is also an owner was told that it was state law for me to be there. When i told them i was in the military they said "well you can reschedule when you get leave." When I asked why wasn't i made aware of this before they said it wasnt there job to inform me of company policy.
Neverdry lies
We hired them 6 years ago to fix our basement. Every year since we have had problems.
It takes them weeks to months for them to come out and repair their mistakes. What set me off today was that they came out to fix something and did not do what they promised they were going to do. Not only that, we were on a 2 month waiting list. It took them 2 months to come out and NOT fix our basement.
I wish I could go back 6 years and choose a different company, I wish I could file a class action lawsuit. All I can do is complain and warn others. Bewere, you were warned.
They have good sales people that will tell you anything to get you to buy their product but once you pay and they got your money good luck getting decent service. Like I said we have had problems with our basement leaking every year and every year it takes them months to fix our problems and now they just are not fixing them at all.

Decent work, poor/slow customer service
I had my basement waterproofed 11 years ago. They did a decent job, and they were pretty fast originally.
When I've had a sump pump go out or something small, they're pretty quick to come out and give me a new one. Other times when I've needed bigger work, they have been really slow to come out and do the work. Recently I went under contract to sell the house, and the day of closing the buyer did a walkthrough and to all of our surprise, there was water in the basement. We called Everdry multiple times to get them to finally come out 2 weeks later to do a quick look.
They told me what they had to do in order to fix it, which they said could be done in 1 day. I had to call in and schedule an appointment. For 1 week, I called multiple times per day trying to get them to give me an appointment to get the work done. Finally a week later, they told me they'd come out more than 2 months later!!!
Super frustrating!!! I'm under contract to buy a house, I've got a buyer for my house. I can't close on my house, so I'm going to lose that, and my buyer does not want to wait for 2 months to see if Everdry will do the work right. Since I have to gut a bathroom and tear out most of the walls in the basement in order for them to redo the work, I've got some real big expenses, a 2+ month delay and I'm going to lose my buyer and lose the house I want to buy!
Disaster!!! If they could come out and do it right away, we would still have the expense of rebuilding our basement, but at least I could keep my house and buyer.
I can't get them to understand the extreme importance here. It seems they don't really care.

Everdry Sucks
Do not use Everdry. We made that mistake and now out thousands of dollars.
They come to your house and scare you to death about mold, bang on your door every night trying to sell you their product and we have had nothing but trouble. They are negligent and lie. They did exactly what they said they wouldn't do, turn our walls into plumbing. They also sold us a broken easy breath system.
We got there services done 4 years ago and have problems ever since. When they come out to fix a problem it takes weeks. We had water in our basement 4 weeks ago, it took them a week to come out and look at the problem and then 3 more weeks to come out and fix it. During that time we got mold growth real bad and now need to mold remediation work done.
More money down the drain. They need more service men and less sales people. They do not care.
Sad way to do business. Take my word for it and get someone else to do your work.
Preferred solution: We would like some sort of refund for our losses and the mold remediation paid for.
