Rip off, poor quality work, warranty is a joke
- - Mold claims used to pressure purchase.
- - Left muddy basement; system failed and water entered.
- - Arbitration required; no reimbursements.
Was intimidated into buying into their product after they tested my basement and told me I had very nasty and dangerous mold. Waited 2 months for install....
they left a muddy basement for me to clean up. System failed twice in the first year and I had water in the basement. The easy breathe system is also a joke....it is only a cheap exhaust fan installed at floor level. Fast forward....over the past 7 years I have had water continuing to enter the basement, run down the basement walls, and around the well pipe.
They have been back 3 times in 8 months.....had water running down the entire 30 foot west wall of the house. Lately during watering flowers, surface water draining down built up and shot through multiple small points in the wall. Their "supervisor" claimed it was hydrostatic pressure from the ground even though it happened in sync with surface ground water. They want to bust up my basement floor a second time.
They will sell you a concept for a solution that does not work, and when structural damage on my basement walls occurred because of continuing water entry.....they do not fix it and THEY WILL NOT reimburse for getting repairs done. I caught them in their lies more than once. Sadly you cannot sue Everdry as there is very fine print in their contract stating should disputes arise---you agree to arbitration. Per my attorney, it costs more to arbitrate and could drag on for months.
As long as they keep coming back every time the system fails, they are not voiding their end of the agreement to "address" water entry.
If they stop coming to your home, then you may have a chance at a lawsuit. Advice.....stay away from Everdry and spread the word of their corrupt business and practice

After spending $11,000 to have my basement fixed I come to find out I have to pay $75 a year to cover their work for the future. Not once during the conversation leading up to doing business with them was this ever mentioned. They just kept saying you're guaranteed for life.
