Pissed costumers

I paid for 2 days by a mistake and I only wanted for one day which is Saturday show and not Sunday how can I cancel Sunday show . Please contact me asap

I purchased a ticket online for a show at a local bar in my city however I found out its cheaper to buy in person. When I submitted a refund request a day before the show, they emailed me today that I couldnt get a refund as the show was not canceled. They also dont have a customer service number you can call.

Trouble getting response from Everbrite

I never received a response from either. No numbers respond from Everbrite - their help line is also unhelpful. Today Everbrite didnt recognize my password, despite facial recognition. It later appeared. I changed the password, but noticed I seem to now have 2 Everbrite accounts one starting www. Everbrite and the other Everbrite.ca. ( which the password is associated with) so I kept but there is still a note related to the other account . Problems may be occurring with paid for and booked events.
