I am writing to share my experience regarding services provided by Events by Brie Monay for the Spr 99 25th Line Anniversary of Delta Sigma Theta Inc, Sigma Chapter Clark Atlanta University.

I worked with Brie for nearly a year leading up to our milestone event. Throughout the planning process, she presented herself as highly professional, responsive, and enthusiastic.

Despite the fact that I was living overseas in Singapore for most of the planning, Brie assured me that everything would be handled seamlessly. Our frequent communication gave me confidence that we were in good hands.

Unfortunately, the day of the event was extremely disappointing, with multiple significant service failures:Brie was not actually attending the event. She set up the decor and was not there to oversea vendors. She had another event that same day.We were not provided with proper utensils for eating, something that should never be overlooked at a catered event.

In addition the bar was not fully set up nor was the food at the beginning of the event.We paid for specific furniture that was never delivered or set up, and she assured me that we would be refunded.Overall, the level of professionalism and coordination on the day of the event did not reflect the service we were promised or the payment that was rendered.

Since the event, I have made repeated attempts over several months to contact Brie for a refund that she agreed to provide, but my emails and calls have gone unanswered. It is especially frustrating because she was such a joy to work with throughout the planning stages.

I now feel taken advantage of, particularly because I am not currently in the United States and unable to handle this matter in person.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution others to think carefully before working with Events by Brie Monay. While she may present as professional during the planning phase, the follow-through and accountability were completely lacking when it mattered most.

I am still seeking the agreed refund of 1,131.00 for the services and items paid for but never received, and I hope this message prompts Brie to respond and take responsibility.

I am contacting you because I have exhausted all of my resources, and I dont know what to do. My sister is being harassed by her former event planner and husband.

She hired the wife Brianna Brown Neptune to plan her birthday event in Midland, Atlanta on 6/22/2024. After the party the break down crew that she hired stole several supplies and 3k worth of quality liquor and champagne from her. The venue owner has video footage of the people taking her boxes of liquor and supplies out to their vehicle from the venue that my sister rented out. My sister has reached out to the planner several times to see if they can resolve the issue out of court because she signed a contract, and the planner has been very unprofessional, rude, nonchalant, and verbally abusive to her.

The most recent contact was Monday, where the planner's husband threatened her via text, he also kept calling her phone repeatedly. My sister resides in South Fulton County Ga. Her name is Titannia and she is a Nurse Practitioner at Emory and Grady hospitals. She works really hard for her money, and all she wants to do is get something back and rectify the matter but instead they are harassing her online and calling her phone from apps.

How can she get the husband to stop threatening her and harassing her too?

She has her husband Josh Neptune and her friends harassing the victim and our family on social media, phone, and via texts. We also recently discovered that Briana has a criminal record that displays/confirms this behavior , they are also scammers!!!
