Unable to purchase keane concert tickets via Eventim. Says access denied
Unable to purchase another ticket for the Los Angeles show on 9/5/24 and I receive error message saying access denied. Unable to get a live person online at customer service. I dont want to lose the seat while waiting for a response.
Preferred solution: Ability to purchase another ticket.
