I never received my tickets, and it is nearly impossible to talk to a person. I just want someone to tell me right now what is going on.

No answer, only leave a voicemail, and they never call back. I never received a confirmation email, and I need to verify.

No one answered to help me with my problem
I have sold my ticket and I need help with that for the person who's purchasing my ticket from me. I'm not able to go to the concert, so I need help with somebody.
Please call me back. I don't know how to do anything on the Internet.

Not able to attend I have something else going on now and I didn't know that I had something come up

Ticket refund
Bandsintown and eventim fasted advertised the wrong band (Spite) went to the show and it was the wrong band so ended up leaving. Eventim has offered no refund or any help for that matter. Lost a bunch of money because the event was not accurately advertised.
User's recommendation: Just buy from Ticketmaster if you can.

I attended the concert. We waited until 7 oclock. Somebody pulled up and said they contacted the manager, and the manager said that Jada was not arriving to Orlando and that he was not coming to the concert.

i never got through to anyone. The attempt to call through the site was extremely disruptive. i would not use this website again to contact.

Unable to purchase another ticket for the Los Angeles show on 9/5/24 and I receive error message saying access denied. Unable to get a live person online at customer service. I dont want to lose the seat while waiting for a response.
