1 star is too many. We had the same experience as others.
Redirected to this reseller from the Paramount theater box office with no warning it was a ticket reseller. They had all out information wrong so we never received confirmation. They were rude and hung up. They said there was no purchase because of their incorrect information.
We bought tickets for way less directly from the venue online. 2 days later they called and said they found the correct info and could send a confirmation.
Nothing showed up on our credit card statement either so we bought other tickets. Now we are disputing the charge because they refused to cancel the charge.

I have a $25 Fandango card, so do both my daughters. None of them work.
I can confirm they have $25 on them but I can never use them.

No explanation of what needs to be corrected.
Finally I said I really had other activities I could do besides waste time on the Fandango website or at the movie. Thanks Fandango - you saved me $50 plus with your *** website !
