Axs - Misleading information from customer service

I brought tickets for kcon la 2019, and 10 min later found better seatings.. we called customer service to see if they could be upgraded.
The customer service agent told us it could be upgraded and he tried to do so but his options where not better that the one we already had. He instructed us to hang up and just buy a second set of tickets (upgraded) and call back and cancell the first set. So we did! 30 min later we talk to a second customer service agent and she said is non refundable.
After multiple calls, now they are saying the recorded conversation the employee never said that!!!
$650 on tickets to never be used! Misleading, they dont own the mistakes made by their employees!!!

I contacted this company due to a fraudulent transition. I was told i would hear back from someone and as of this dat I still haven't head back.
is a fraudulent transaction.
I have never even done business with this company and have never heard of them until recently. I wouldn't recommend them as their customer service is inadequate.
Vivid Seats - Tickets declined

I went to Jason Aldean last night and the tickets I bought off vivid seats were declined. Had to go and buy another set off ticket master after missing 30 min of the concert. Just want a refund.
