Verified Reviewer |Poor service room had broken tub
When we checked in, the front desk staff was somewhat disrespectful. First of all, we were unaware that they required a $250 room deposit on top of the price of the room.
We got settled in the room and went to take a shower, only to find that the tub didn't drain. Consequently, I was showering in dirty water. I requested for my room to be switched, and was told that all the rooms into which they allowed animals were all booked. Now, I knew he was lying because I stayed there 2 months ago with a friend and we were on the 3rd floor with both of our dogs.
However, the front desk attendant insisted that only the 1st and 2nd floor were pet-friendly. The room was not clean; there were urine stains and fecal stains on the toilet, and pubic hairs in the tub and on the bottom of the tub and toilet. The dust buildup on the headboards, pictures, baseboards, and behind them was disgusting. The microwave still had crumbs from the previous customer.
The fridge was unclean and barely usable - it didn't keep anything cold. I had to throw away all my food because it was all warm and the fridge was turned up all the way. Finally, on my 3rd day, they decided to switch my room, which didn't have a bathtub. This was a specific request when I booked my room, due to my medical issues - I need to be able to sit if necessary, but it didn't have one.
Again, the room's cleanliness was disgusting. The service was very poor quality for the price I paid.
I want a full refund and will be fighting to get it. It is not worth the money or the aggravation to stay at this terrible place.

How can I write a review if I have been trying since yesterday to cancel and I haven't spoken to anyone?
Preferred solution: To cancel my reservation and not pay any penalty. I tried canceling yes on 12/04/24 before 6 pm and I realized I didn’t get a cancellation confirmation so that’s why I’m trying to talk to someone
Dissatisfied. Customer.
Ive booked This room through your reservations, I was told two nights stay would cost me $330. All they do is send you a confirmation number nothing to show the price even when you check out they dont have a bill for you when I got there the room had not been cleaned or sanitized it was not up to standards.
The last time I stayed there, which was a year ago spoke with the manager he said that he would take care of it when I checked out as a reflection on my bill right now Im being overcharged. My bill is $405 and Ive been in touch with Maya already the manager and shes done nothing. When you check out you should be able to get a copy of your itemized bill. Nothing I had to give her my email address and she told me she would email me what my final bill would be never received it.
I believe she has no intentions of doing it. I will be disputing discharge with my credit card company unless its squared away .

Verified Reviewer |Complaint front desk refused to reserve a room for me. I stay at this hotel often and I’m a IHG member. I reserve rooms with the front desk every time. The first time I called they told me to hold on.
And then hung up on me. The second time I called they didnt answer and the third time I called they said the system was down. This was the even hotel in Tinley Park Illinois.

Harassment
Double charges, harassment, they have the worst customer service , made false claims against me and charged my card with my permission for charges I never signed for.
