The company acted efficiently
Many transactions were done ,leaving me with a few pence in my account.Those transactions were not authorised by me.I contacted TikTok and the response I got was amazing. They treated me with respect and made me calm

Heinous customer service and return policy
PLEASE don't purchase from them. Their return policy is you pay for shipping to China and good luck getting anything in return.
They are quick to offer you 20% of your order cost back, but you're still stuck with ill-fitting, poorly made, chemical fabric clothing. Not worth the risk.
There are also various names associated with this company such as "Saba" and I get the sense they are also related to Chupshe. You're better off going to Goodwill and buying something cotton.

What you see is not what you get
I ordered a cute long sherpa jacket and what I received was a cheap looking housecoat. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me a full refund.
I asked to send it back to the company and they said it's too hard and expensive to send it back to them and tried to offer me only 10%back...The return company is in China and they didn't even try to give me a tracking number so who knows if I would even get to HQ to return. scammed...no

Clothing/shoes smelled HORRIBLE/ zero quality
My order took so long, I asked for a refund. I then received it within a week, taped horribly and smelled that of animal *** My purchase was over $200 & I spent several months trying to track it.
Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Every time I would email questioning the tracking, they would ask the same question over again and get me nowhere. Do not waste your money.

This site is a scam... the product looks NOTHING like what you receive.
The colors aren't even close to the picture advertised. Customer service is even worse, they wanted to offer me 15% off to order something else when I requested a refund. To send the item back costs almost as much as the junk they sent me. I lost $60 behind this site.
Never again, don't waste your time or money. Hard Lesson learned l!

Deceiving product
Ordered a *** coat and what I received was a screen print of the pattern on a flimsy very light fabric - Im embarrased that I got suckered by their advertisements - Will never buy product oversea's - that hide behind a website advertising fraudulent product :
