I ordered a mower from Evatech and had to pay $5,000.00 up front. When I received the mower there were multiple problems with it which made me want to return it which I did on 8-5-19 at a cost of $530.00 paid by myself to FedEx. After sending me a check for $4000.00,Luis Medina offered to give me $500.00 more which would have allowed him to keep $500.00 of the original amount. With the cost of returning the mower and his keeping $500.00 of the original amount, I would of been out $1000.00, but because after numerous promises to give me the $500.00 with no carry thru, in other words he hasn't paid as of this date, 1-20-2020, I am out $1,500.00. If he does pay the $500.00 which he has promised, I will let everyone who reads this know about it, and I will eat the other $1000.00 myself.

Today is 2182020 Luis Medena, Evatech sent $500.00 to my bank account. This ends our dealings with each other. Draw your own conclusion.


For some reason it says $2.00. Actual amount is $1500.00


By this time Lewis Medina's pants probably have burned off (liar liar your pants are on fire) He owes me money and after numerous promises to pay, my favorite being at 'Christmas' time where he said have a merry Christmas and a happy new year by virtue of his promise to pay. I guess that he just didn't tell WHICH Christmas, now or 100 years from now when he would pay me back.

My husband was recruited as a sales associate and became very involved in the research, development and improvement of these remote controlled mowers, so much so that the owner, a lying dirty thief, gave him 2 shares in the company, valued at $20,000.00 per the owner. After discovering MANY stolen commissions and confronting the owner, he threw us out of the company and stated he had "dissolved" the shares of stock.

After a year of trying to get him to pay us, we discovered several other sales associates the owner had stolen from, so we took to the internet to warn everyone about these machines and the scam of a company. We informed him we would sue. So he runs to the Court and files a crazy lawsuit for patent infringement, among other false claims. After 2 years of fighting in FEDERAL Court and his bully lawyer trying to scare us, I filed a Motion with the Court about the detailed lies and the lawyer's conduct; and guess what, he is now trying to dismiss the charges.

It is getting interesting...I know there are many scammed customers out there that will come forward.

We've already heard from at least 10.

This company remains the joke that was proven in court----and still cannot follow laws; such a shame that a decent idea is shot to *** and wasted because this "owner" doesn't know how to run a company-----should have listened to the TRAINED and experienced pros that got you in front of Home Depot but you blew due to your constant lies, but I guess you prefer one dime at a time. Other remote mower companies seem to be kicking this one's butt to the curb for trash pick-up day.


And my mower STILL works after 7 years ! It just keeps going.

Just keeps on ticking. And support is great ! I have no need for support since I have no problems with it.

Grass fears me. It's great for people like me who have a half dead ticker.


Hey, I just tell it like it is, my own experience. I cannot lie to the judge no matter what or who or what buddy falls.

I have no Idea what happened in court only answered the questions I was asked. Well if you look at his website they say they won against you for slander. So you won something and he won something. It looks to me that telling half the results is the same thing as lying.

Can I get an Amen ? You try to lead the reader with a half truth, same as lying. A white lie, but a lie.

Since I am a sinner I prefer to just tell the whole truth. Can you folks guess who wears the pants ?

Hey Mr. Plant City Florida Scam Supporter, did you enjoy that trial and seeing your buddy go down in flames and get TOTALLY embarrassed and humiliated by a non-attorney WOMAN?!

Did you enjoy hearing ALL the ,lies and scams he ADMITTED to in court, and didn't you just LOVE the way the Judge admonsished him over and over again and even had to stop trial because she was in such disbelief that he did all these things?! Of course I will continue preaching the scams of EVATECH!!! And you may want to warn him that I have heard from others (including those he duped overseas, and they are actually looking into "things".

Sure hope it keeps coming back to *** him in his lying *** :) Enjoy your day Plant City; I know I will. Counting the days until he actually pays what he was ORDERED to pay!(+interest)


UPDATE: WE WON!! After fighting four long years with this thief, on August 1, the jury rendered a verdict against EVATECH for theft of shares of stock and commissions.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING EVER FROM THIS "COMPANY". I have yet to hear of ANYONE who has a working product; even at trial their OWN witnesses detailed NUMEROUS and consistent problems-----can I get an I TOLD YOU SO?!

I am planning on coming to Florida if Luis Medena doesn't pay what he promised. I am not real encouraged that he will as he has made numerous promises which I have in his emails and he had reneged on. If I do come, maybe I can look you up to talk with you.

How is he even still in "business"? I wouldn't take one of his *** "machines" if he gave it to me.

He is not insured (at last investigation) and these things are dangerous. He is clueless regarding the grass industry


funny that you are the only person to complain and no others are here to back you up. Mine has worked for 7 years and is still working like new.

sales seem to be strong. I guess the court will decide your fate.
