Two Months of Intentional Lies
I took my Dyson DC41 in to be serviced to Evans Vacuum. After TWO MONTHS of calling, going by to check, I and my sons were repeatedly told that they were waiting on Dyson to send the roller brush part. Frustrated, I called Dyson who stated that something doesn't sound right. Dyson called Evans Vacuum and after the Dyson representative asked Evans owner what the part # was, he finally admitted that they had not even looked at my vacuum. I was furious! Owner stated his tech had been sick a couple of days. I reminded him that it had been two months of lies. Evans maliciously and intentionally deceived me for two months. After my call to Dyson, I went to the NRH store and picked up my vaccum. I took it to "Lonestar Vacuum"in Hurst, a PREFERRED Dyson location recommended to me by Dyson

Dyson....the vacuum that voids every manufacturers warranty (that's not a joke)...why do you putzs pay this insane amount for a vacuum
