They retified all of their other complaint, they went out of business. Unfortunately they did it before I could download the software I paid for!

Late last year I ordered one edition of MS Office Teacher & Student Edition from them at a fairly reasonable price. Shortly thereafter I developed a blood clot in my thigh which eventually migrated to my right lung causing all kinds of problems. This almost put me on the flat line express feeding the worms. Needless to say I was in the hospital a lot longer than I care to even think about and I'm still trying to get my body straightened out so I can live without dragging oxygen tanks around with me every where I go.

I finally feel well enough to set up my new computer which was purchased just before I ordered and paid for the software from eValueSoftware.com. They found a good way to solve their problem selling the same software license number to several customers or any other illegal business practices. They say they've gone out of business! April Hendrix, the same representative who sold me the product last year, responded to my e-mail which was addressed to eValueSoftware.com just yesterday. This is exactly what she had to say; "eValueSoftware.com closed as of May 16, 2014". She didn't say a word about refund me the money I paid them for a product I never took possession of or anything else for that matter.

If she's still responding to e-mails on behalf of the company just as if it was last year when I purchased the software from them how out of business can they be?

No Problems with eValue

I ordered a couple products from them, not sure at the time they were legit of course, but the prices were good. And they had a wide variety of products I was interested in.

When I needed to contact them about the download they were available to me right away. I asked why the software was so cheap and they said something about volume dealers. Satisfied me. Result: I have had no problems with the software I bought.

I had no problem reaching them and getting information within 24-48 hours.

There was no way to know if they had legitimate products except to verify and register with Microsoft and that all went as expected. No viruses or other problems.

Don't buy from evaluesoftware.com

We just purchased Windows 7 Professional upgrade from evaluesoftware.com. When we got the product key from evaluesoftware.com it didn't work.

We contacted Microsoft who verified that the product key evaluesoftware.com sold me for $89.95 was already used two times and was no longer a valid key. After a quick search on the internet we found dozens of consumers who had fallen victims of this company. We also found many positive reviews that were all 5 stars that we believe were so similar in nature, comments, quotes, spelling, etc., that they were fake. Don't use this company.

Be safe and go somewhere else.
