Absolutely horrible customer service, absolutely horrible platform. they argue with you when you tell them the IT issues and then just reply pay your bill. This system has been a failure since day one in which i was told to give it time there's growing and birthing pains. I've begged, and pleaded to resolve these issues it just gets worst. My most recent list of IT issues and all emails can be provided to any lawyer that would like to sue these guys. 1. the system just eats, deletes, or throws away tickets. 2. the driver database is broken i cant add new drivers. 3. the meter and fair system has never worked. 4. drivers reports and commissions doesn't work 5. customers calling in and setting up there own ride absolutely does not work 6. phone system went down several times already saying they didn't pay 7. i have been double billed and deactivated due to non pay even though i paid. 8.caller id/ create ticket now creates two tickets if it doesn't delete them. 9. caller id/ create ticket doesn't create new ticket and remove past trip info 10 you cannot block callers so if a caller is banned they will continue to blow your phone up. 11. flat rates/ doesn't work properly 12. plot to plot zones doesn't work properly 13. the text message feature they finally installed i had to beg them to change it even then they never called me to tell me they finally integrated Twilio. 14. at the sales call i was never told i needed to purchase a sms gateway that would not work. 15. they did not even know which provider the gateway worked with I am certain there are many others as i said feel free to reach out to me

This company should be forced to close down as they are cheating people and companies into using them and not returning their money because their software does not deliver when importantly needed and fails to work for the purpose it was bought for.

http://www.eurosofttech.co.uk/ is a complete fraud company, and takes advantage of people who are not familiar with website. and if you want to end the contract with them, so they wont give to your web address. Also they changed my email account password and now i cant access my email. They wont answer my phone call and wont answer email. This company must be sued. As they are destroying my cutomers. Also they would charge you 50$ for a single change. So after few days they would just make some problem in your website so that after few days you has to pay 50$ to fix problem that has been made by them.
