Not what the salesperson promised
- - Pans are overpriced; the non-stick wears off in about a year; the warranty covers the base only.
- - Customer service was rude when asked.
These are some outrageously expensive pans, the salesperson promised you a lifetime warranty, but it is not for the non-stick part, it is for the base would not warp. I don't know how many cooking pans that you pay over $400 would warped.
The non-stick will vanish after 1 year or so, not worth the money. For $400 you can buy 10 regular non-stick pans and when it sticks, just throw them out.
The office was extremely rude, when asked. She said "read the fine print, no guarantee on the non-stick" The so-call German engineering is not worth it, the only German part to it is the cost......
