I have bought 6 tickets for the BMW PGA Championships 2022 on Saturday 10th and 6 tickets on Sunday 11th of September and yet I have not received any of the e-tickets. I checked my spam folder before contacting you, but I didnt find your emails.

Complaint
I have placed an order and have heard nothing. I sent an email last week and have heard nothing.
I called the customer service number and it is not valid. Please can someone call me to discuss. If not I will just have to request a full refund. My number is 003538****6099.
