Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was unable to access the website due to my location, Isle of Man.
The company accepted this was an error and made the necessary technical changes to allow persons living in the Isle of Man to access their website.
All dealt with quickly and thoroughly, so no complaints on that score. Although having used the company on numerous occasions in the past I fail to understand why the issue occurred in the first place.
I have used your company before to purchase euro and when attempting to access your website to undertake a further transaction I am notified I have been blocked from the site.
