Deceptive and negligent unfinished auto repairs
- - Nov 20, 2020 misfire led to three injectors replaced under warranty.
- - Independent inspection found timing chain, not injectors or engine.
November 20th 2020 , I went to Eurobahn for misfire of spark plugs. Since the plugs were still under warranty with Eurobahn I decided to call them.
After doing their diagnosis , they claim that it was fuel injectors number 1 and number 3 they did a test drive and number 2 injector they claimed was not working . I currently have an active warranty with Carsheilds . Carsheild authorized all 3 fuel injectors. Now Eurobahn takes the car on another test drive and now the engine locks up while they were on a test ride and had to tow my 2011 BMW 740LI back to their shop.
Eurobahn now calls Carshield for engine authorization . I have a voicemail FROM Eurobahn stating that had to break the engine down to complete failure Carsheilds became very suspicious and sent a team of independent mechanics to Eurobahn and performed a through and comprehensive inspection and investigation . It is NOT a fuel injector problem NOR an engine problem. It was and still is the Timing chain.

Carsheild has paid for 3 fuel injectors in the amount of $1,989.22 to Eurobahn for removal and replacement and Eurobahn still has my vehicle and are refusing to replace the engine as of March 10th, 2021.
Eurobahn got paid for nothing and still trying to get more money from this nightmare
I have taken them to small claims court 2 times already . On February 11 2021 and March, 1st 2021
Eurobahn lawyers are trying to prolong this nightmare as long as possible by finding political technicalities to FILIBUSTER now they want to move my claim from Small Claims Court to District Court .
