- - Bought two 10-day passes; rail and travel planners were hard to use, causing cancellations; requesting refund for 8 unused days and better support.
THZ2ZH Rowe I bought two10 day passes 2MMHVR Hughes to use your services. One for me One for wife.
We were going to be in Europe two weeks. Amsterdam, Paris, Geneva, Florence. We tried to use your rail planner and overall travel app. We found both to be severely lacking in usability.
We made our reservations as requested,we then tried to use Rail planner as advised. ended up cancelling most reservations and being partially refunded on most. We did indeed purchase On SBB 5/1/26 Paris to Geneva ? $411.17 tickets and Italia-rail tickets on April 30th for 518.47.
For Zurich to Florence.
When we used Travel planner, we encountered numerous issues and found ourselves looking at 5-6 train transfers to get from Geneva to Florence.we are both 70+ and skipping thru train stations with 4 pieces of luggage seemed daunting at best. We'd hoped that your passes gave us some discounts and we did our best to research this months in advance, but still came up woefully short. And when we did find humans to help clarify at some stations, they could not be bothered with explaining what we could to rectify situation.
And no customer service number is just wrong. Text and chat are both useless for a travel app.
We would like a refund for the 8 days we could not use on these passes and suggest you resolve some of these other issues to make your services actually user friendly.

- - Email address corrupted, blocking the validation email to reset the password.
- - Cannot contact support due to the incorrect email.
My email address showing in the app has been corrupted, whether caused during the *** or by the investigation - so I cannot receive the validation email needed to change the password and protect myself. Although I can log in there is no way of using the contact / help firms to resolve the issue without needing to use the correct email address. Great example of Eurail turning a disaster into an even greater crisis!

I'm writing about the Eurail app and website they offer. I created journeys on the app with specific days and times, and that is what shows up when I click on those journeys.
But when I saved the journeys as photos, it showed all of the journeys being for the day before. I still don't know which one is correct.
