I made an appointment three months ago and was charged before the appointment. The appointment time I picked was not the time she scheduled me for so I verbally and texted to tell her this. It has been over three months and I have not gotten my refund and they are not answering my calls. Eunique hair studio in Pearl Ms is a damn joke.
