Verified Buyer | San Antonio, TexasI have emailed to cancel this membership twice and still been charged twice. I do not have an account to log in to and don't want one period I bought a groupon and had 1 flimsy piece delivered
After receiving the horrible piece of eucalyptus from the groupon, I emailed to cancel this membership period received no response yet was charged almost $20 the last 2 months, with no product delivery. Please refund the last 2 months that you have charged me for, especially since you are not delivering the item that you're charging me for, but mainly because I asked for a cancellation immediately upon receiving the first groupon shipment.

There has been no response from the email they provide to you for contacting them. Dont waste your money on this subscription.

Never recieved
Set up an account for a subscription. Card was charged and never received first subscription order.
Contacted customer service by email and the email was returned undeliverable. Messages on Facebook and received no response.
Was charged for the second month and never received that one either. Canceled subscription with no hope of a response or refund.

I ordered my 3 month subscription from Groupon. I was very disappointed my very first shipment.
The stems are not fresh and come very wilted, mine barely have any scent at all. I had a visitor ask why I had a dead stems laying around my house!
Maybe my expectation was too high. I feel like when you pass them at a store they entire aisle smells wondeful.
Not the case here...your nose has to be pressed against a leaf to smell it. Unfortunately will not buy again.

Brown and crushed products
I had a membership for this company for several months after getting several shipments where it was browned and crushed I contacted them only to have them tell me I need to send a picture to prove how terrible their product was I sent a picture and I got a response of that they would send me another shipment after getting a shipment and it being exactly the same I get and then told them about their product only to be told they would resend it but never did I canceled my subscription and I will never have another one with a company like this terrible customer service terrible product

During Christmas they had a special. A three month gift certificate for $36 .
I was charged $36 and every month they are charging me $19.50 also.
When I caught their overcharging on my statement I asked them to refund my money and so far no response because they dont have a phone number. You can only email them

Dissatisfied with quality
Eucalyptus was delivered dried out and without scent even after showering plant with water and placing in vase with water. Very disappointed!

Don’t waste your money.
Took way longer than they said for the first shipment. It arrived somewhat less fresh than I was expecting. The second shipment arrived dead.
Awful.
No place to cancel. I receive emails daily yet when I log in with my credentials I receive error message that no account exists.
No call back. No email response. Both shipments have been too dry to do anything with them.
And small. Egregious customer service.

Never received order
I purchased this for a friend as a holiday gift in early December. I chose the date of deliveryand they took my money. Its now Christmas, she never received her order, and after trying to contact them via email, Facebook, and Instagram Ive received zero return messages.

Terrible customer service
I cancelled my subscription in February of 2021. In August of the same year, two random withdrawals were drafted from my checking account from eucalyptus farms.
They were not me.
I tried emailing customer service since there is no phone number but even with five emails, I never got a reply. Definitely left a bad taste.

I subscribed for the Eucalyptus box on Jan 19th (paid $12), and in February I subscribed for both the lavender bundle and eucalyptus (billed Feb 2 for $22.50). My account was charged $19.50 on February 16th, March 15th, and April 19th and for all three orders, I only received eucalyptus.
When I reached out to Eucalyptus Farms they informed me that the first shipment had free shipping, but it was only free shipping for the first subscription. Nowhere on the payments that I was charged did it say the shipment fee was $7.50 per order, had I been aware I would have never subscribed. How can a company charge $7.50 to ship a product that was $12 without first notifying their customers of the shipment cost? I did not authorize these charges and am disgusted by their blatant exploitation.
Not stating accurate pricing (including shipping costs) when a customer purchases a product is false advertising. They have no customer contact number to call and speak with a representative, and the customer service I have received trying to get this taken care of via email has been beyond unsatisfactory.

I just received my first delivery and it is dried and terrible. I can get fresh bundle at Trader Joe’s for 4.00 and is fragrant.
This is junk. Of course they already billed me again but I just cancelled.
Took over 3 weeks to receive. Email doesn’t work
