Very Poor communications
- - Ordered late November for Christmas delivery.
- - Not delivered on time; emailed to cancel and request refund; Jan 9, 2025 said items dispatched.
I ordered products end of November to be delivered by Christmas , I have paid for the items but the products has not been delivered in time for Christmas so I did send a several emails to cancelled and request to have a full refund, have not heard anything back till the 9th of January 2025 that the products has been dispatched??? Very disappointed in their poor services and communications.
