Went there and opened an account for a business to make servicing trailers easier for parts guy behind the counter didn't give a *** kept telling me it's at least 4 hours to pick a part while he was sitting there eating a bag of cookies and drinking a soda behind the counter made me wait over an hour for a center cap and finally complained enough and he said well I have to go hot pic this part so he actually had to get up and go to the warehouse... Etrailer I was very happy with product and the shipping service! I thought I would never use the chainsbut they got me out of trouble and we're not hard to install either!

By far the slowest shipping I've ever dealt with! Almost two months to receive a tag that is advertised to be made in the U.S.A. They really messed up a Christmas present. They advertise same day shipping which is a total lie. Why do we need to enter 100+ words? This is crazy I don't need 100+ words to describe what wrong! I ordered a replacement hitch for my GMC Sierra. The hitch arrived with the shipping box torn, re-taped and the hitch scratched up. After several emails they weren't going to do anything for me. With a trip coming up I needed to get this new hitch on my truck. After I removed the original hitch from my truck I unpacked the new one. It clearly wasn't going to fit. I had recently posted a pic of the torn box and hitch pin that I received and stated etrailer would do nothing about it. Well I received a email today that they have shipped the missing part. I ordered a ball hitch from another source and have done received it but I am glad etrailer have finally decided to send me another. So when it arrives problem will be solved. Read more

I ordered and received the hitch and other accessories. Seven days later with several emails back and forth, I still did not have and know if or when Etrailer would send the correct fasteners for installation of the hitch. All I got was they had contacted Curt but did not have any response from the manufacturing. I did try to contact Curt customer service too. But nothing happened. I had a question about mounting a G rated 14 ply tire on a aluminum wheel. Adam R answered my question in less than 24 hours. I am very pleased with his answer and it made me very comfortable on mounting tire to my rims. Adam R gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
