I tried to purchase a number and the website does not work and customer service does not answer.
I tried to email and the email bounced.
February 1, 2023 is my date of attempt.
User's recommendation: Good luck. I couldn’t get any service from them.
Don't buy it.
There service is bad. Wanted to disconnect a number and couldn't.
Customer service doesn't speak English correctly. Horrible.

Bad service and then require $25 to port out MY number
They require a minimum deposit of $25 which they draw from for your service. There is no accountability for wrong charges.
You cannot understand the non-English speaking reps. You cannot get a refund. In light of their billing practices without accountability, we moved our service to another provider. Here's the kicker - when you go to port your number out, they charge a $25 RIPOFF FEE for me to keep my own number that I ported into there.
The call quality was poor and there is nothing you can do but move elsewhere after you pay your $25 ripoff fee to move your number. AVOID THEM!!

They rob you!
Their refund policy is if your account balance is below $25, they wont refund any even if you have disconnected your service. I fight for it they then tell me to input more money to bring the balance above $25 so I can get all my money back. I did. I input another $25 and bring my balance up to around $40. They then told me you need wait 3-4 weeks for the refund. I waited and at the end of week 4, nothing happened. i contacted them again, they then tell me sorry only the $25 that you put in last time can be refunded. They still refuse to refund my other $13.
my issues and concerns:
how many of you are out there are victims like me, forced to leave them a few dollars and won't care to fight for it? If everyone is contributing them $10, how easy for them to collect a million dollar in no time?
My second concern is they tell me to put in $25. and one month later, they give me the $25 back and says sorry no refund for whatever left
How many of you have done this as well? If 10000 people giving them $25 and hoping for a refund for a month, how much free money they get? 250000? how much return they can get if they use this money to get more money?
This is a huge spam. The owner is obviously an evil but very smart money grabber.
Be aware! Do not step in this trap. I believe the owner deserve to go to ***.
Getting ready to start a class action lawsuite, post your story if you are also a victim.

They steal your money. It is a fake company.
For each minute they charge 25 cents.
You will see your bill without to see which numbers called you and you are charged for what. They add extra minutes on your bill.
The customer service phone number on their website is fake. It is always on voice message and they will never call you when you leave voice messages.
They ask for minimum $25 deposit ,if you cancel your phone number they don't refund you.
Their voip didn't work on desktop and my cell phone. They wasted my time a lot. Yes they say 99 cents for a toll free number because they want to make you involved after.
Their customer service is terrible. Always the name was Sarah on their website chat .
I give 0 out of 10 to this company.
Do not trust this company to give them your credit and personal information.

Unbelievable organization. We purchased a toll free number from etollfree 6 weeks ago.
At that time we ordered an auto attendant for a cost of $89. At that time we were billed for that service. last week (6 weeks later) we called to discover why our number did not have an auto attendant, why the number got all circuits busy all the time, why the number rang open and never went to voicemail. At this time they finally put our auto attendant together and then changed us $49 + invoiced us for $111.
This is a phone number we have NEVER used! When we called to dispute these charges, the owner yelled at us, cussed at us! Told us we were not worth his time and he was not going to listen to our MFing ***, wasting his time on the phone! Seriously!
This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. Robert Wilson, Owner, is a fraud and simply a ***.

I beleive this company is amazing they also give you 100 free minutes they do not require a credit card or any type of payment for the first 100 minutes your with them and it is stated 2 cents per minute after the free trial is up and once the free trial is up you have to make a minimum deposit of 25.00 to your account and only what you use comes off the balance of the 25.00 you deposited in your phone account it is billed at 2 cents per minute any incomming calls which is quiet reasonable and i havent had any problem with them ive found this company to be the most honest over any of them i have dealed with

We apologize for the confusion with this matter. It has always been clearly stated in our terms & agreements and refund policy agreement that there are no refunds given below a $25 balance.
Contrary to what you are stating here, those account balances less than the $25 refund threshold are not kept by anyone. The funds remain in your account, free for you to use at any time for other services or products.
