Screwed by Etobicoke Motors INC.

I have been a loyal customer to this company for several years now, I purchased 3 vehicles from this company. The last vehicle I purchased was a 2008 Saturn Outlook, When I took it home within 2 weeks I noticed a leak in the power steering line I told them and they sent me to there mechanic on Dundas Street where they used to be. I went there twice because the first time they stated that they had to order the part. The second time they fixed the problem, i recently had a power steering leak again and this time I took it to my mechanic it seems like the original problem was patched up. They didn't replace the hose all they did was cut the original metal hose and replaced it with a rubber hose. I wish that was it but after buying the saturn after about a month the weather changed and the vehicle started to leak inside and on the computer and my headliner was being soaked. They sent me to there Auto glass place (Woodchester Auto Glass at 3111 Woodchester drive around the corner from them. Needless to say these guys didn't know what they were doing the scratched up my pillars and said they fixed the problem. The vehicle still leaked lets just say I took it back to them about 6 times. eventually the replaced the hoses. This still didn't fix the problem. I took it back to Etobicoke Motors and Moe told me that there is nothing else he is going to do. Because he spent to much money on this vehicle. So lets just say they sold me a car that is a electrical hazard especially when the rain hits the computer. And trust me I have all the pictures to prove this. leave me a message and I will send you the pics. Don't buy any cars from these people.

Will say anything to you to get a deal.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
First off, these guys are gutless people and will take advantage at whatever chance they get. They try to price haggle you right off the bat by introducing some new fees that were never disclosed on their ads. Then they lie to you regarding their warranty coverage, saying it goes to an actual car dealers shop when really it just goes to some old mechanic shop down the road who just wax everything inside and don't actually check for safety (they said that only the "expensive" cars go to the dealers shop). When I learned about this when picking up the car, they literally yelled and insulted me saying that I don't know what I'm talking about, and that I have no integrity making up things like this to get a better deal after the fact. I brought my friend to pick-up the car with me, and the dealer even said 'At least I have enough pride not to bring my friends to fight my battles for me'. I swear it was something out of a movie, this was some 40 year old salesman speaking like this to a client...these guys give car salesmen a bad reputation. Moral of the story, run away and delete their ad off your watchlist, not worth the savings (cause there won't be any after all their nonsense).

Great purchase

great place to buy great cars , very transparent , i have bought several vehicles in the past , they have been in business for many years and everytime i have visited their showroom , they have many customers shopping in that place , their new showroom in mississauga is huge and very bright , my daughter just bought a nissan altima from them and her credit was not so good , and everywhere she went , dealers did not take her seriously , only shan the business manager at etobicoke motors took the time and solved her credit issue and she picked her car last week and extremely happy about the purchase , i highly recommend to at least go visit them and experience yourself . this place is awesome ...

WARNING. .ETOBICOKE (LEMON) MOTORS

BEWARE. . Etobicoke motors are scam artists!! they purchase vehicles from auctions and buy the ones that have internal engine or transmission damage and sell them to innocent customers. When u try to return it they screw u and give u less than original purchase price. I had the vehicle for 2months and they would not return money.Instead the *** said only trade for another lemon. The cattch was i lose 5000$ because it depreciate. Are u kidding me after 2 months..Also they committed fraud by not crediting my hst. Instead they claimed they didn't have too. Which I found out is fraud,I. Called them about it and all the *** would say was check the bill we did give u hst..wow what a joke I'm telling u don't buy from here and the government should investigate Etobicoke lemon motors for FRAUD. And sure enough the vehicle i traded for has front diff transmission damage 2000$ repair..

Agree with the other user - made a HUGE mistake when I bought a car from them! STAY AWAY guys!!!

My car had issues from the start and dealer promised to exchange it within 2 weeks.

3 months later and countless phone calls - I realized they are lying to me and the exchange will never happen. I ended up trading in the car elsewhere and lost more than $4K in the process.

My advise - RUN RUN RUN! They are deceptive, sell bad cars and don't care what happens after the sale.

I've heard alot of bad things about this company, they buy salvaged and rebuilt vehicles and do not tell the consumer. Shady owner comments are all over the Internet, I read enough bad comments for me to not buy anything from this crook.
