Horrible customer service and policies

Their shoe sizes are wildly inaccurate and vary from model. If you're a size 11, one model you might be a size 10 and another model a size 12.

In store this wouldn't be a problem, but online, there's absolutely no indication that they run small or large.

So you buy the shoes, and they're the wrong size, and you get the pleasure of having to pay for the shipping back to the warehouse. If you're going to have terrible consistency with sizes, you need a better return policy.

I know you have better quality shoes, then this. I spent $60 on my kids shoes and it only lasted me two months, this is an unacceptable for the type of shoes you guys have.

The rubber soul fell off the shoe from the toe. To the point I had to buy him new shoes.

I have been trying to get a RMA number for a return since November. I have yet to receive a response from Etnies. I would really like to return the pair of shoes since they don't fit.

I bought shoes for my autistic grandson. We chose very carefully.

The shoes did not fit as they were very delayed and he grew. No refund no shoes no contact don't answer phone.
