Etienne Aigner is no help because whenever i email them, i get an instant automatic response that is not helpful at all. Their chat option never connects you to a live person.
Their phone number doesnt even work/ ring. I just want a refund since you can clearly see that my items never arrived!

Bought shoes and a clutch. The shoes are too flat for my high arch.
The clutch clamp/toggle doesn't open. I was in the hospital septic during the 2 week return policy.
I have emailed asking for some resolution to the situation.
No response. Although I have bought Aigner purses for years, I will NEVER AGAIN

I sent an email to EA and never received a response.
