Company unable to manage a simple single family home
My experience with Ethosity has been extremely frustrating. They failed to represent my property with any efficiency or competency.
They've made critical mistakes on my 1099 form, failed to forward collected rents for several months and did not bill tenants for utilities as necessary.
Urgent calls and texts have gone unanswered with no apologies or ownership of mistakes. Company's President & Principal Broker is distant and unreachable once he gets you to sign his contract.
Preferred solution: Full refund
