Gotten worse over the years.

I use to love using this place because you use to get results out of it. That has all changed over the years and it is not what it use to be.

I'm personally burned out and tired of my rights being repetitively violated over and over again. When you file an ethics it just *** off the person you filed against. Now and then we get some bad eggs and the company's first mistake is hiring them or moving people around. I'm dealing with a situation right now.

I'm highly considering a lawsuit if I do not see positive results soon. Ethics just put a notch against the individual but they got no punishment for it. Person still thinks they did nothing wrong. Same situation still pursues.

I and two others have an ongoing case and it may result in a lawsuit depending on which deck of cards they play. I'm giving the union one more chance to score a win and if they agree it is what I think it is; I will proceed with a lawsuit. I'm fed up of my rights being repetitively violated with little to no appreciation for me as a staff member. You have been warned.

I'm a hard worker and people think they can take advantage of me and I'm just getting fed up with it.

The two people that are giving me trouble need to be very careful which deck of cards they play because I will file a suit if it escalates again. My company didn't use to tolerate one ounce of this bs and I'm honestly shocked. That they're even allowing it.

I've run three times and this time I am not running. One more rights violation and I'm filing a suit.

It sounds like you do not like the decisions your managers make with regards to other employees. If their actions affect you and are illegal then file suit in court. Otherwise it’s not your concern.

I was told after three days someone would let me know if I would be able to report back to work and I haven't heard from anyone.

I followed the Verizon's Ethics protocol. They were timely in a response, but only to refer me back to their Go-Smart customer service, since it isa Trac phone issue.

It has been several days since the onset of the incident, originally reported, and to no avail.

Go-Smart is definitely not a safe business to work with, as they do not hold themselves accountable, and really did send my personal information to the wrong email, as I have yet to receive it either in my spam, or regular email address.

Go-Smart is a Trac phone product line for Verizon.

Neither Go-Smart, nor Verizon are very ethical in their professional business practices, in a case such as this, and that's not okay. They have literally knowingly put my identity in jeopardy, and should be held accountable.
