Never Repaired original problem--added additional services not necessary!
Never heard from company. Will be pursuing in small claims court.
The vehicle was brought in with specific complaints - 2 out of the 3 complaints were repaired. The bill had additional charges on it that were not necessary, and the owner padded the bill.
The vehicle was there for 2 1/2 days!
The vehicle has been at the dealer for over a month as it was deemed unsafe to drive! Not only am I out of money, but ETD fails to admit they screwed up and wants to charge me more money to attempt to fix it.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Stole my winter tires
I made a mistake.
Back in May of 2020, I brought my car to ETD to purchase four summer tires, and have my winter tires removed. The winter tires i had on my car were brand new, Blizzack studless tires, purchased in November of 2019, so the tires were only six months old.
The tire attendant was kind enough to put my winter tires in my car but he wrapped them in black garbage bags. In my thinking, I thought he was being attentive and cautious by placing the tires in black garbage bags to keep my seats from being soiled. It did not occur to me to check the tires and they were stored in my garage. Fast forward to today, I pulled the tires out to show my sister the tires she should buy for winter and find out that they are not even winter tires, they have dry rot, two different tire brands and have no thread.
I am in the military, serving my country and trusted this company. I am now out $650. I am beyond words, appalled, and devastated, and cannot believe a company would stoop so low and steal from its customers.
I wonder how many other customers have suffered the same fate. I will be filing a complaint against this company.
